Deposits, Payments, Tips & Refunds
Deposits

All services require a deposit at the tim eof booking to secure a scheduled appointment time.

Deposits do not go towards service prices and are for securing appointments only.

Deposits are paid online and the remaining balance is paid in person via card, cash, or Apple Pay after services are completed.
Payments
-
Accepted forms of payment are card, cash, or Apple Pay.
-
Tips are very much appreciated but are not mandatory. If client chooses to tip, it must be separate from the payment for their services and cannot be substituted for/as payment for services.

All payments, including tips and service fees must be paid in full before leaving.

Clients are not permitted to make partial payments on the premises and submit the remaining payment after leaving.
Refunds
-
No refunds are offered on any service as client is paying for the artist's time, products, and other assests used to provide the client with a service.

If an allergic reaction to a provided service occurs, a removal will be offered free of charge.

If a client is unhappy with a service or the results of a service, they can contact the lash artist within 72 hours of their scheduled appointment to discuss any concerns or grievances.

If the client wants to keep their lashes, the lash artist will make necessary fixes free of charge.

If client wants to remove their lashes, the lash artist will remove them free of charge.

The client must adhere to the lash artist's availability. No fixes or removals will be done free of charge for clients who no call no show on the day of their scheduled appointment.
Travel & Temperature Regulation
Travel
-
The client must be available the entire day to accomodate the lash artist's travel time, service duration, station set up, and any potential delays.

Clients either living one or more hour(s) away will be required to place a $25 non-refundable travel deposit.

The lash artist will only bring the amount of supplies needed for the expected appointment so it is imperative that the client submit videos and/or pictures of their current lashes when filling out the lash appointment form.

If the lash artist arrives and the client needs a full set instead of a fill, a $20 inconvenience fee will be charged in addition to the price for a full set.
Temperature
-
For clients who require home services, a 69-70 degree temperature must be maintained to ensure proper adhesion of the lash glue so that it will work properly and provide longer retention.

The lash artist is not responsible for lash retention if temperature requirements are not met and/or aftercare instructions are not followed properly.
Late Arrivals
Late Arrivals, Client Conduct, Finished Services

If a client arrives early, we ask that they please wait in their vehicle and notify lash artist of their early arrival.

Clients arriving up to 10 minutes late must notify lash artist in advance to avoid incurring a $10 delay fee.

Clients arriving 15 minutes late will not be taken and will have to reschedule a new appointment within 24hrs to use the original deposit, after 24hrs a new deposit will be required.
Client Conduct

Clients are expected to be respectful, cooperative, and considerate. Any forms of disrespect, inconsideration, and/or uncooperation will be grounds for termination of appointment and/or services.

Clients are required to communicate any discomfort to the lash artist so that proper adjustments can be made or breaks taken.

Clients arriving with leftover makeup on their lashes will incur a $5 makeup removal fee as well as an additional $5 cleaning fee for having to clean the lashes twice.

Lash clients must keep their eyes closed and refrain from touching their lashes or eyes during the lash application process as well as refrain from using their phones to prevent delays and extended appointment time.

By MoSkee reserves the right to refuse and/or discontinue service to anyone who does not compy with client conduct or other By MoSkee policies.
Finished Services

Upon completion of appointment, clients are required to inspect the service they received before leaving the beauty room. If any issues are found, the client must inform the lash artist so that the issue can be fixed before leaving.

If the client fails to inspect their rendered services before leaving, they will not be eligible for free fixes and will need to book another appointment with a new deposit.
Full Sets & Fills, Complaints & Feedback, & Media
Full Sets & Fills

Video of current lashes & inspo picture (if needed) must be submitted within 48 hrs of scheduling appointment for booking to be finalized via the lash appointment form. All lash clients must submit completed lash application form.

Client must notify the lash artist of any style changes to their current set at least 48 hrs before the scheduled appointment for proper preparation.

If the client has less than 50% of lash extensions remaining, it will be considered a full set.

If the client has 50% or more of lash extensions remaining it will be considered a refill for the same style.
-
Changing styles the day of the appointment will incur a $15 fee due to the need to redo the lash tray.
Complaints & Feedback

If client is dissatisfied with services, they must contact the lash artist directly to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

If client is fully satisfied with services, please send feedback along with a photo or video of the provided service(s).
Media
-
By agreeing to the term of service and policies, clients consent to having photos and/or videos of the rendered service(s) added to the By MoSkee portfolio for showcasing and acknowledge the possibility of being featured on By MoSkee's social media and business platforms.

If a client is not comfortable with having their rendered services showcased on By MoSkee's social media and/or business platforms, they must inform the lash artist before services are provided.
