Cancellation Policy

- If client arrives early we ask that they stay in their vehicle and notify the artist of their early arrival. - Lash clients must fill out lash application form to finalize their booking - Clients arriving up to 10 minutes late must notify artist to avoid a $10 delay fee - Clients arriving 15 minutes late will not be taken and will have to reschedule within 24hrs of scheduled appointment to use original deposit.
